Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Details in Motion is a privately held company led by partners, Vern Berbeles, Dave Schwartzenberger and Phil Poplawski, all highly skilled and successful auto detailing professionals.

Vern Berbeles, is a highly successful entrepreneur and master auto detailer who has been detailing for over 25 years. Vern's detailing company, Airpark Auto Detailing has been serving the southwest since 1984 and has locations throughout the greater Phoenix area. Vern's business experience and vision has been the driving force behind Details in Motion highly-successful business training programs. In the past 26 years over 100,000 cars, boats, RV's and motorcycles have been detailed under Vern's detailed eye.

Dave Schwartzenberger, is a highly successful entrepreneur that along with Vern, has has spent over 16 years designing and developing Details in Motion's core business model. Dave is Details in Motion's senior design consultant and engineer and he currently oversees all product research and development. Dave has over twenty years in the auto detailing industry and he has developed and launched dozens of profitable businesses in his career. His expertise and experience in new business development is often shared with new Details in Motion business owners and training seminar students.

Phil Poplawski, has worked with Vern and Dave for over 16 years and has played a crucial role in the development of Details in Motion. Phil, a master detailer by trade has close to 20 years experience in the auto detailing industry. Phil is partners with Vern at Airpark Auto Detailing and he currently oversees dozens of professional detailers at five locations in Phoenix. Phil is a member of the Details in Motion Detail Training Staff and can often be found training new business owners and students the advanced skills of paint polishing and high-end detailing.

John Radavich
Creative Marketing Director
John Radavich has worked as the creative director for Details in Motion for the past 6 years. A graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelors of industrial technology in graphic design, John is responsible for creating business identities for our new business owners. John spent several years as a professional auto detailer working closely with Vern and Phil and his helpful design and layout insight is often called upon during trailer design and development.

Ryan Schlemmer
Detail Training Director
Ryan has worked with Vern and Airpark Auto Detailing for seven years as a professional auto detailer and detail shop manager. Ryan, a protégé of Vern, spent several years side-by-side with Vern and his staff perfecting his detailing skills. Now Ryan is able to effectively pass those skills onto Details in Motion business owners and training students.
